Worked well until it stopped working

"I purchase this 2 months ago and it was working great. I saw rapid improvements, until it just stopped working. The remote control fully charged stopped working with the mask. I left a message and sent an email to customer service and I’m now pending a response."

"I absolutely love my mask! It has helped my skin with some dark spots. I have seen an improvement. I use this 4-5 times a week and will keep with this schedule. Love the various settings with color for multiple use. The price is so reasonable and great quality. I love my lip mask, love my red light therapy for under my eyes for puffiness. Love love love ❤️"

"I am very disappointed with this product. When I first received it, it was missing the remote. The customer service kindly sent one in a prompt manner. However, after charging the mask only the red lights worked. I contacted customer service again and was told that it was tested before it was shipped out and worked fine. They also sent a copy of the manual which I already got with the mask and did not address the problem. I figured fine I bought the mask for the red light therapy anyway, but after 5 days of use the remote no longer charges. It shows a full charge, but when I plug it into the mask it shows a blinking battery meaning it needs to be charged. The whole device seems to be an expensive piece of junk which I have to return at my own expense. With so many red light therapy masks on the market I would go elsewhere to purchase one."

BEST ONE I HAVE OWNED

"I have owned multiple masks. I purchased this one from TJ Maxx on a holiday special. I only used it twice and saw differences. I have bought other high end brands and saw more results using this in less time. I highly recommend it. I also experienced a small issue with my controller and contacted support. I was contacted the same day of my issue. They provided me a full replacement within the second day. I had such a great experience all around. I HIGHLY respect and recommend this brand. I had improvements in my skin pigmentation within two uses. I had a couple acne spots and used the mask and the red spots were gone within in three days. If you are wondering if you should make the move to purchase this mask. I promise you should! For reference I am 37 years old."
